❤︎ You can use them for commercial use.
❤︎ You'll recieve a full resolution .png file of each one of the designs you buy.
❤︎ The designs here are not exclusive, that means that other stores can buy them too.
❤︎ You can't use the designs for digital goods (like emotes, wallpapers, etc.) You can only use them for creating crafts (like pins, stickers, clothes, molds, charms, etc.)
❤︎ You can't re-sell or redistribute the digital designs.
❤︎ You can't take credit of my art, so please tag me or mention me when you show the designs.
❤︎ You can't use the designs for NFT or AI learning.
❤︎ You can't edit the designs.

❤︎ Payment
• I only accept PayPal.
• Full payment is required before I start working on your commission.
• I'll add you to my commission queue once the payment has been received and all the necessary details have been provided.❤︎ Revisions
• Small changes are accepted during the sketch phase only (up to 3 revisions per drawing or emote set).
• Large changes that require redoing a significant part of the sketch may incur an additional fee.
• Please provide clear references and instructions. If something isn't specified, I'll assume you are giving me artistic freedom.
• Any modifications or requests that were not included in the original commission brief will be treated as a new revision and may require an additional fee or be scheduled for a later date.
• I don't create exploratory sketches before a commission is booked. Sketches are part of my workflow and are only made after the commission has been confirmed and paid.❤︎ Colors
• Even if your reference includes a color palette, I may adjust the colors slightly to better fit my style.❤︎ Refunds & Chargebacks
• All payments are final. Once payment has been received, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are not accepted.❤︎ Schedule
• If you're given a slot for a specific month, your commission will be completed during that month, even if you paid in advance.
Example: A July slot will be completed between July 1st and July 31st.
• If an unexpected delay occurs, I'll always let you know.❤︎ Waitlist
• A non-refundable $10 deposit (or a higher deposit for larger commissions) is required to reserve a waitlist slot.
• If you don't provide references, send the remaining payment, or reply before our agreed deadline, your slot and deposit will be forfeited.
(This helps prevent last-minute cancellations and ensures that waitlist spots remain available for clients who are ready to commission.)❤︎ Privacy
• I may post completed commissions with a watermark unless you request privacy beforehand.
• Private commissions have a $10 privacy fee per drawing.❤︎ Credits
• If you'd like to be tagged when I post your commission, just let me know! I don't tag clients by default to avoid unnecessary notifications.❤︎ Rush Orders
• $20–99 commissions: +$20 rush fee.
• $100+ commissions: +25% rush fee.❤︎ Communication
• By commissioning me, you confirm that you've read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
• I'll always contact you when it's time to send sketches or the final artwork.
• I work on commissions in the order they're received, so if you haven't heard from me yet, it simply means your commission isn't ready yet.
• Please avoid sending frequent status requests, as they won't speed up the process and can interrupt my workflow. If anything affects the agreed timeframe, I'll always keep you updated.
• Any payment requirements, contracts, tax documentation, or additional paperwork must be discussed before the commission is confirmed. If new requirements are introduced afterward, I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission.❤︎ Commercial Use
• Commercial use is available for +100% of the total commission price.
• Commercial use includes:
-A lineart version.
-A transparent background version.
-A simple background version.
• Commercial use only grants permission to create and sell physical merchandise, such as mugs, apparel, stickers, keychains, prints, etc.
• It does not include permission to create or sell digital products, such as emotes, wallpapers, digital stickers, stream assets, NFTs, or similar digital goods.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork itself.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own.
• You may not edit, alter, trace, or modify the artwork without my permission.

• Change, modify, or use my works without my permission.
• Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (this means making money of it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
• Take credit for the art.
• Remove my watermarks /signatures.
• You can't use the designs for NFT or AI learning.
